| Breakfast with Santa |
| Santa showed up with bells on Saturday, Dec 5th to visit with all the children at Breakfast with Santa event. There were about 180 children with that many adults that came to enjoy the morning with donuts/milk, sitting on Santa's lap and craft/games that proved to be a fun time. Pictures were taken with the kids giving their list to Santa and Mrs Claus. Santa Elf (Stephen Philbrook) showed up to visit with the kids and help Santa. Thanks goes out to the Town & Country Women's Club and Cheryl Zindars, Theresa Berry and Lyn Ferdinand for assisting with this events to make it a success. Thanks to all the businesses for their donations. |

| IGA Remodeled |
| Mahomet IGA owned by Brooks and Tammy Marsh have worked on a dream this past 8 months and have made it come true. In the finishing of the new and updated IGA, it will be providing many new areas in the store. They now have a floral department, a deli and bakery areas, butcher shop area, and Cafe' for a quick coffee and donut or a hot lunch. FREESTAR BANK and GAME DAY Spirit have gotten new facilities within the store. The updated and expanded space have given the community much more choices of their favorite items. They have expanded their liquor department and freezer case. As always, they will provided the best service that our community deserves and that they have given over the years with their staff. |
